Return Policy

At Westin Decor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return process. Please read the following guidelines to understand our return and refund policy.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, with tags, if applicable.
  • The return request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.

Certain items, such as custom orders or sale items, may not be eligible for return. Please refer to the product listing or contact our customer service team for clarification on specific products.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@westindecor.com.bd or call +880 1622-619239 with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will provide instructions on how to send your item back to us, along with a return authorization number.
  3. Pack the item securely, including all original packaging and any accessories and send it to the address provided by our customer support team.

Please note that the customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the item unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping charges, at no additional cost to you.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Custom or personalized items

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please contact our customer service team.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to officially post.
  3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@westindecor.com.bd
